Anyone else have a clicking noise from the stage 4 when you release the pedal from the floor? Doesnt matter if the car is on or off.

As I recall several people have had problems with the disk/pucks to hub mounting. I believe slowquest killed two of them and the disk was replaced under warranty.

I think it was cyberquest that killed it or maybe he was another one that had a disk failure. Springs fell out or something.

I think at least 3 different people had disk failures. But my memory could be wrong. I probably should have brought that up months ago. But people are in love with their cheep puck clutch's in the sq world. These are typically packaged with the flywheel for a little over $500. The fly wheel by it's self is a little over $300. So basically it is a $200 clutch.

Something broke in my Act pressure plate, or maybe some of the mounting bolts popped out. Now I have a click like you were describing also.  It will not disengage, so I have to pull it to find out what is wrong.

Doesnt click all the time, only after a good hot run. Hasnt clicked since the op date and there were a few decent runs since. Mine functions like normal, just had some clicking noise every once in awhile after launching.

Did you see these pics from the other thread. Old disc vs new. Different Style From CC. Mine came double springed too meaning there was a spring inside a spring...

My act is harder to fully disengage after everything is  fully heat soaked by a long drive. After an abusive launch or two the difference can pretty dramatic.
