Nylon/ptfe lined powersteering hoses to replace your worn, dirty, leaky, rigid eyesores you call your power steering lines! These have a braided steel surround coated with an anti-chaff clear sleeve. So no getting hung up on stray wires.
The Funk Lab power steering lines employ all STEEL fittings and adapters. And the honor of being made in the USA! You can take advantage of this and route the lines any direction you choose!

Original lines removed. New fittings installed in steering gearbox.


Attach new lines HAND TIGHT and route as preferred. Ensure there is no chaffing. (Lowpressure has a barb on the opposing end) (Highpressure line goes from powersteering pump to fore-most port of the steering gearbox. Low pressure is on aft port closest to brake booster and connects to the steering cooler)



Attach hi pressure line to pump


Using an "oil safe" line (5/16ID) connect low pressure line to cooling loop



Secure your hoses. You can pic these clamps at lowes.


Or if you have a parts car, they are covered in these. I often use these for all sorts of hose/line routing.


I only used the closed clamps on one line as I wanted all my lines tight against each other. The clamps spread them too far apart for my taste. All the other lines are then bundled using zipties.


Now tighten all your connections and perform a system bleed.


Now go for a drive!

Hey Phil! Happen to have a set of these lines ready to go? Had my high pressure flexible line blow apart at the crimp on the pump end. Might as well replace both while I'm at it!

How about blue for me. I'm not really picky though. Black or clear would be fine too. I'll spread the word and see if some other guys want in.
