How was the crank end play? That has always been semi hard for me atleast to set the thrust bearing right.

Here is the head after Magna port-matching. For some odd reason, I got to thinking about why unicorns have horns..... and ended up going farther down the port than intended. I didnt realize this until I had already started unshrouding the exhaust valve......

Aussie Roller Cam

One of the lobes has a chip. Its not in the roller track so it shouldnt be an issue

Oil Pan baffle and oil return. I used the OE oil line off the factory MHI turbo and weld it straight to the pan. The problem was the amount of flex the thin pan allowed. So this time I used a square 3/16 plate. Definitely made it more solid. I dont have any pics of the baffle installed, but you can imagine. Its that odd shaped sheet in the background.

Mockup shot

TD05 to T3 Cast adapter

Lots of porting to do!

Here is how well it fits....

Keep in mind, this is a BWS257. It is very similar in package size as an HY35 which IS smaller than an HX35. BUT! I have used the same adapter with an HX35 and installed it in a conquest with stock hood and had ZERO clearance issues. Just make sure your oil feed doesn't resemble the Eiffel tower.

Been doing some testing with the fuel pump plumbing; walbro 255, stock line, and dampener vs straight-out 6AN. All tests done using factory fuel pickup and 13v power supply.

Free flow (no regulator)
Stock line and dampener -- 165lph

6an only -- 279lph
