Well, decided to get ready for the track and threw together a very rough tune Sat night and adj the clutch buuuuut not enough.
headed to the 1/4mi on Sun morning. Unfortunatley rain closed every track in DFw except one of the 1/8 miles. Which was fine since the car hasnt saw the track in exactly a year.
made a handful of passes and shifting was off and on. I have a leak or something. bled and readj at the track.
Never got shifting working so had to short shift the whole night.
went like this
1st Pass: walked out of the whole and easy shifting
Boost at 15psi, AFR's in low 10's
2.0 60ft 8.6 1/8mi
2nd: Hit the launch a little hard with boost at 15psi
1.7 60ft 7.9 1/8mi
Adj fuel somemore and shifted good
3rd: Left on launch control and boost @ 22psi
60ft 1.666

hit 1-2 and couldnt get in 3rd so I let off.
7.9 1/8mi @ 64mph lol
4th: Launch Control and 25psi
60ft 1.5 missed 2nd then got it in, missed 3rd and got it in
7.7 1/8mi @ 92 AFR in 10's
5th: Let car cool. Same boost. Hit hard on LC and spun spun spun...
60ft: 1.9 1/8mi: 8.0 @ 98.8
6th: Went straight back and really heated the tires. Hit it with the same set up and it wouldnt shift.
Lots of cooling and some mustang wanted to run.
7th: Same setup
60: 1.6 1/8: 7.3 @ 98
AFR was wavering hi 10's low 11's.
Coulda gone much quicker but the missed shifts were making me nervous so I never shifted it like I was racing.
Ran another time but trans was not having it. I gotta find out whats wrong with the hydraulics before I go again. All I cared to see was what MPH it would pull. I knew it wasnt gonna let me shift. btw, I never took it over 6000rpm on either run.
Last year the car was trapping 97's with 26psi, 6500rpm WOT shifts and better 60's.
